Solyes' three investor partners have a long history of success in renewable energy projects, having used their expertise in the area to obtain financing for power generation projects and in the execution of engineering projects in general.
Its main investor has successfully deployed over 1.5GW in capacity for renewable energy projects, a large portion of it already in operation. He also provides consultancy for and approves environmental license applications, a crucial step in successful renewable energy projects. Through his affiliated companies, he manages technical teams, represents his clients in dealing with environmental bodies and coordinates cross-functional teams to make approval processes more efficient.
One of the other shareholders has provided consultancy, implemented guarantees and helped finance over 2GW of generation capacity for energy projects generating power from a wide variety of sources, including HPPs and SHPs and biomass, thermal oil, NG and wind power plants.
The third shareholder/partner has comprehensive expertise on engineering services focused mainly on supporting development activities in Brazilian energy sector projects. He is highly experienced in preparing basic and detailed project designs, evaluating the quality of renewable energy and area resources and also on proving support for the registration of renewable energy projects with the Brazilian electric power regulator (ANEEL). His support has been of great help in promoting project development at Solyes, and he has also advised us on a variety of regulatory matters that impact all of our activities.
